As our renovation journey at @thedorchester continues, we are proud to present the Royal Suite Seri Begawan, a corner suite on the 8th floor, overlooking Hyde Park, with four connectable rooms spanning more than 478 square metres.
In many ways, this suite is a pastel key to the whole hotel, gathering all the colours, patterns and exuberance of The Dorchester and rendering them in their softest, most intimate form. Drawing inspiration from the British landscape, the design moves between English neoclassicism and the refined sensibility of the 1950s: floral wallpaper, celadon, blush pinks and ivories, bespoke patterned carpets and Versailles parquet underfoot. @adamellisstudio wallpaper brings the feeling of nature indoors, while a mirrored fireplace and an Adam-style decorative ceiling anchor the principal sitting room. In the study, a red lacquer desk of Chinese inspiration and a cane armchair sit quietly beside a mahogany bookcase and @Tisserant sconces.
The suite comprises a master bedroom with dressing room and marble bathroom; a principal sitting room furnished with pieces by @henryotetciecom and @gpjbaker; a dining room for up to ten guests framed by park views; a private kitchen; and a private study.

Drawing inspiration from the British landscape, the design moves between English neoclassicism and the refined sensibility of the 1950s: floral wallpaper, celadon, blush pinks and ivories, bespoke patterned carpets and Versailles parquet underfoot. @adamellisstudio wallpaper brings the feeling of nature indoors, while a mirrored fireplace and an Adam-style decorative ceiling anchor the principal sitting room. In the study, a red lacquer desk of Chinese inspiration and a cane armchair sit quietly beside a mahogany bookcase and @Tisserant sconces.
The suite comprises a master bedroom with dressing room and marble bathroom; a principal sitting room furnished with pieces by @henryotetciecom and @gpjbaker; a dining room for up to ten guests framed by park views; a private kitchen; and a private study.

As our renovation journey at @thedorchester continues, we are proud to present the Royal Suite Seri Begawan, a corner suite on the 8th floor, overlooking Hyde Park, with four connectable rooms spanning more than 478 square metres.
In many ways, this suite is a pastel key to the whole hotel, gathering all the colours, patterns and exuberance of The Dorchester and rendering them in their softest, most intimate form.
