Came for the golf, stayed for the food & drinks!

Had an absolute BLAST at the @truistchampionship yesterday — we had perfect weather, and the food & drinks were actually SO good. Did you even go to the Truist Championship if you didn’t have a Gleezy Dog from @proofthepudding?? 🌭🌭

Make sure to check out the Green Mile Courtyard between the 16 & 18 fairways — they have Gleezy Dogs, Carolina Pork Pimento Cheesesteaks, French Dips, Cheese & Charcuterie, and Pizza from @iniziopizza!

Spent the day at @truistchampionship with @proofthepudding , enjoying great food and watching golf ⛳️

Make sure to check out the Green Mile Courtyard nestled between 16 and 18 fairways for all these great options—French dips, pimento cheesesteaks, pretzels, and pizza from Inizio Pizza Napoletana—all seriously good, and there’s something for everyone here!

Blackstone is also serving double-stack smash burgers, you don’t want to miss!

The @truistchampionship is such a fun Charlotte event and the weather today could not have been better.Also… the food this year is such a standout!

@proofthepudding powers all the concessions and hospitality and this is not your average concession food.Expect a mix of quick, high-quality options and creative bites, including classics like Proof’s famous double-stack burger, so you can grab something great without missing the action.

The French Dip and Carolina Pork Pimento Cheesesteak were probably our favorites, and the Inizio pizza was also a hit and a great kid-friendly option.You can find all of these food options shown at the Green Mile Courtyard between the 16 and 18 fairways.

Catering for 1,800 guests takes more than scale. It takes strategy, creativity, and precision at every step. At Wake Forest University's President's Ball, we brought all three to life.

The evening unfolded in phases: from Roaring '20s elegance to modern, high-energy celebration. We opened with refined VIP offerings: cornet charcuterie, honeyed ricotta tartlets, crab bisque sips. As guests arrived, the experience expanded into interactive stations designed for discovery: bold mac and cheese variations, a live seafood bar, and chef-carved selections. Late-night energy kept momentum high with signature popcorn, tartlets, and nostalgic sweet treats.

Grateful to partner with @wfuniversity and TSEC to honor President Susan R. Wente and celebrate the university's evolution.
