Patrick brings his own signature style to the table for a limited-time celebration that promises plenty of sabor and sparkle.

2. Baked ham & swede glazed in clementine, mustard, honey & jameson. Sliced super thin and layered.
3 & 4. Turkey legs minced, made into kofta & grilled over charcoal expertly by @sertacdirik
5.Classic (and class) sherry trifle by @erika.e.powell
6. Also roast turkey crown, beef dripping roast potatoes, crushed swede & potato, maple & chipolte glazed parsnips, glazed carrots & chervil, cranberry & bourbon, baked sausage stuffing, roasted sprouts with salsa macha via @tacospadre & yogurt.
7. Day after leftovers in a pitta & needy spaniel.
