309 North Quay has received development approval. Two confident towers will proudly sit on the river’s edge, marking the gateway to Brisbane City.⁠

The 56-storey eastern tower will be crowned by a sky restaurant, a rare civic gesture at height. Across both towers, over 1,100 apartments designed to mark the gateway to the city, with views reaching the river, Roma Street Parklands, and Mount Coot-tha.⁠
