GOOD WORK, ACKNOWLEDGED • Exchange Tower Lobby, WA
The @propertycouncil has named the Plus Studio-designed Exchange Tower Lobby a finalist for Best Commercial Fit Out or Redevelopment; a fantastic result for Centuria Capital Group and the whole team.
We were proud to play our part. The Exchange Tower Lobby needed to do more for Perth's business community: somewhere to meet, retreat, and gather, without erasing the identity of a well-known building. Stone and marble anchored new timber, greenery and acoustic treatments. The palette stayed raw, and the lobby came alive.
