SlateRanger is a one-person operation, created by VFX Artist Manuel Plach through my company, Wings of Base @wingsofbase. Built from firsthand on-set experience, it’s the tool I always wished I had during production. I personally handle every aspect, from design and development to support, ensuring SlateRanger remains thoughtful, affordable and truly focused on real-world user needs.

The setup vs the final shot from my music video for @spilifsound and her song.

The first time a heard her song I saw a person running but not moving on, like beeing stuck on a spot. My VFX Artist @plachmanuel and myself came up with the ideas and solutions for making this settings possible! A green threadmil and a greenscreen with a couple of vfx and compositing tricks made this music video possible.
