WAR
is a short vignette portraying the bizarre moment of a lone survivor on a battlefield.
I set myself a limit of 5 shots total to not overcomplicate the story and keep the process streamlined.
The whole sequence is built in UE 5.3 using self recorded Mocap and using Metahuman, Quixel (FAB) and some bought assets as well as retexturing of assets using Substance Painter.
We made it! Our project „The Corn“ has been selected for Lürzer’s Archive 200 Best Digital Artists 24/25!
What started as a quirky idea—reimagining The Crown opening by @elastic.tv with a corn cob instead of a royal crown—has now been recognized on an international level!
We’re SO proud to see our work alongside some of our creative idols like @staudinger_franke , @francisco_dedeus , and @m.laden.penev.
This project means so much to us because it perfectly captures the mix of epic visuals, elegance, and a little dose of weird humor that we love! From the orchestral version of “It’s Corn” by @tony_manfredonia to the intricate details of the animation, we had a blast bringing this vision to life.
Here’s to chasing creative ideas, no matter how „corny“ they may seem. Stay tuned for what’s coming next!

Some textures are off and the light isn't ideal, but I will try to upload projects even though I am not 100% satisfied with the results. I guess my usual cinematic approach doesn't really fit architectural visualization.
