Thanks to Daniel Kagle we were able to find and buy Bill Buckingham‘s old aluminum drivers side grip rack “Hillbilly Industries”. Along with 1 1/2” pipe cross braces for the ladders. Then we rebuilt the rag shelving out of aluminum supports and cross braces. Lastly we built a new mombo, combo, highroller cage out of aluminum square stock and fittings. Massive upgrade for our 4ton, couldn’t be any happier👻

Throwback to a more recent project last month, music video “Twisting the Knife” by @iceninekills featuring @mckennagraceful The officially soundtrack of Scream 7 with the real Ghost Face👻

What an amazing project to have been apart of. Huge thanks to @blesscode and @powell_robinson for having us out on this one. We had a solid grip team on this and we absolutely crushed it. We had both the Phantom Grip Co.10 ton and 4ton completely empty after the prelight. 180’ x 30’ bluescreen, all camera crane work, 100s of lights in the sky, gaffer @natethomson1 did an amazing job with the lighting. We used the stages existing grid system… 4 1/2 grid 12x20 pillows up in the sky, just absolutely crazy on the G&E side. Lastly we played 12x20 book light on the ground with a mobile scissor lift 8x8 lighting unit.

We were able to land all of the shots for our DP, But on the last day up in the mountains, it got a little dicey with some rain/snow that we had to fight against. Both cars were extremely difficult to find hard rig points because both car bodies were 70-80% made out of fiberglass. Sunday and a rig with Phantom Grip Co. Vol. 35

Multiple camera angles, with multiple cameras all in one day. Barely broke a sweat with these beautiful camera car rigs that day. We had to film multiple camera angles while the cars were drifting in the middle of a parking lot. Both cars were original picture cars from Fast And Furious Tokyo Drift. One being a right hand drive Mazda RX7 and the other was a right hand drive Nissan Silvia S15.

Both cars were extremely difficult to find hard rig points because both car bodies were 70-80% made out of fiberglass. But as usual not a problem, we got the DP all of the shots/rigs he asked for and the shots turned out amazing. Camera car rig, 5/8 rigging, 1 1/4” speed rail, mini ball-mount, regular ball mount, suction cups, hostess tray, and hood mount/ 6 foot cheese plate.
