La scorsa settimana, dopo più di un anno di preparazione, ha aperto il nuovo Frissón.
Chi mi conosce sa quanto creda in questo progetto. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mario, Francesca, Pietro, Luca, Giorgio, Leopoldo e Valeria per la loro competenza nei rispettivi settori e per aver reso questo possibile.
Una nota di merito per Andrea e Mike di Crudo che hanno realizzato un impianto magnifico sia da un punto di vista di suono che di design, nonché per Edoardo con il suo orecchio magico e prezioso nelle fasi di rifinitura.
Con l’auspicio che questo locale possa essere più di un luogo di ritrovo per amanti della buona cucina, del vino e della musica. Un punto di riferimento per le anime creative, in una città che dà sempre meno spazio alla cultura.

Oggi la seconda data della mia residency dietro la consolle. Mi potrete venire ad ascoltare un paio di volte al mese, gli altri giorni mi troverete in sala!

Last week, after more than a year of preparation, the new Frissón opened.
Those who know me are aware of how much I believe in this project.
A special thank you goes to Mario, Francesca, Pietro, Luca, Giorgio, Leopoldo, and Valeria for their expertise in their respective fields and for making this possible.
A special mention goes to Andrea and Mike from Crudo who created a magnificent system both from a sound and design point of view, as well as for Edoardo with his magical and precious ear during the finishing stages.
With the hope that this venue will become more than just a meeting place for lovers of good food, wine, and music. A point of reference for creative souls, in a city that gives less and less space to culture.
