Un todoterreno en toda regla que suena brutal.

Pablo was not only the producer, recording engineer, and mixer for our album, but also the sensible voice who knew when to tell us "enough reverb" after we had already added the sixth layer.
He is one of the people I know with the best understanding of the vintage sound of the 70s and an excellent keyboardist passionate about analog gear. Our friendship and musical synergy have led us to collaborate on numerous previous occasions. Funnily enough, his career isn't centered on extreme metal; he has mainly recorded and produced jazz, progressive rock, psychedelia, folk, and some post-punk and post-hardcore.
When I decided to fuse black metal with the sound of my favorite 70s progressive rock bands, using equipment more typical of that era (Mellotrons, tape delays, spring reverbs...), it was clear to me that he was the ideal person. He has enviable ears and, most importantly, he is capable of bringing out the best in my ideas every time I bring them to him.

En mis manos ya el nuevo trabajo de @intraetherbm que tuve el placer de grabar, producir y mezclar y que verá la luz este viernes 10 de octubre. Es muy gratificante poder sostener en la mano el resultado de un reto como el que me propusieron Luis y Jaime cuando me propusieron producir un disco de black metal (género que yo me tuve que poner a investigar yescuchar porque solo lo había consumido en contadas ocasiones) y además incorporando instrumentación mas propia de los años 70, una década anterior al surgimiento de la primera ola de este genero.
Así que ahora que tengo en la mano los surcos de nuestro trabajo en un cacho de pvc (guapísimo ademas), al fin puedo deciros a Luis y Jaime: Ya sí que no le puedo meter mas reverb al disco.
