It’s been 6 months since I have attended a live Q&A screening and watched @seendocumentary … today I’m at Ipswich Libraries and it’s been a beautiful reminder of the magic of Seen and it’s impact 💛💛💛

Somewhere between school lunches, emotional labour, work, dishes and bedtime routines… many parents lose parts of themselves.

And often, friendships are one of the first things to slip away.

But parenting was never meant to happen in isolation. ❤️
