More birthing, more goo, more blood, and unfortunately way too many pickles. 🤢 The Ronnie mother-bed sequence was an oversized pregnant belly that our actor and stunt double could rip thru and launch out of. Like a creepy, weird slip n slide. And then all the lovely innards to follow with oversized umbilical cord. All enhanced later with VFX. The supermarket pickle scene with Lilly’s father’s head in the pickle jar was always going to be a VFX scene. Mindwarp FX & Sean Sansom created the sliced up and very squishy dad head that could be compressed into a jar and then flop around on the floor once smashed.
