For Mental Health Awareness Month, Escargot and Othership present Dear, Future Me — a 90-minute session in two halves. Escargot co-founder Aaron Albert opens with a gratitude class to drop you into the right state, then Grace (@journalbymoon) leads 45 minutes of guided journaling. Six prompts walk you through who you are, where you’ve been, and who you’re becoming. The session ends with you writing a letter to that future self.

Then Escargot does what they exist to do: They’ll print, stamp, and mail your letter to you a year from now. Escargot is a thoughtfulness company that makes sending physical mail as easy as sending a text — usually for the people you love, but this time the recipient is you. Aaron is also a guide here at Othership, which is part of why this partnership matters to us!
