You might remember this gorgeous girl from a past interview, so when Jake needed a hot date to take to @ospi in the Design District, I knew exactly what to do.
They ordered the pepperoni pizza, spicy pasta, and that elite cheesy toast by Chef Jackson. Safe to say the Elsbeats matchmaking services are officially 10/10. 💅 🍕

@ospi just opened in the Design District, bringing its modern Southern-Italian menu to the former Meddlesome Moth space — and it absolutely delivers.
The martinis alone are worth ordering. Ice-cold glasses, perfectly chilled drinks, and they even swap your glass midway through to keep everything crisp and refreshing.
And the vodka sauce is easily the star of the show. From the crispy provolone with vodka dipping sauce to the vodka pasta, every single bite was unreal. Don’t skip the margarita pizza either — thin, crispy, light, and ridiculously good.

A TOP CHEF STAR BRINGS CALIFORNIA TO THE DESIGN DISTRICT AT OSPI DALLAS
@Ospi is now open in the former Meddlesome Moth space, bringing a high-energy, West Coast-inspired pasta spot to the Design District. Expect hand-stretched pastas, a strong cocktail program, and an airy, skylit space with two patios, one perfect for date night and the other for drinks and lounging.
ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef @JacksonKalb, known from Top Chef, trained at Alinea and Joël Robuchon and spent time in Italy refining his pasta craft. He opened the original Ospi in Venice Beach, helping grow the concept to four California locations, and is now bringing Ospi No. 5 and that same focus on handmade pasta to Dallas.
WHAT TO ORDER
Start with the Dallas-exclusive focaccia, then go for the spicy rigatoni! The menu leans into hand-stretched pastas, pulled on site by The Pasta Man (@Mateo.Zielonka), along with crispy romana-tonda pizzas. The cucumber martini is a Dallas exclusive and so worth ordering, and there are plenty of solid gluten-free options across the menu.
P.S. We heard the kale salad is @KristenAnnieBell ‘s favorite dish!
