The worm has turned! Never mind the ‘77 covers band, here’s Guttersnipe, bringing bizarro, mega-fast noise rock from Leeds & Berlin. GS have an album out on @upset_the_rhythm and another dropping imminently on @night_school . Also oozing out of their South Yorkshire quagmire, wonky alt-rock ensemble @dearthworms offer a menacing jollity. Both bands, with at least one slimy foot (or seta) planted firmly in the punk-scenes from which they eclosed, represent the next stage of a life cycle of wild, weird rock music. Joining them @englishbridgestudios , the Salopian will set mood with an eerie theramin-heavy set. See you in therhizosphere.

Top night ahead: Rotterdam’s foremost purveyors of ‘terror punk’ @bombstrap.rotterdam plus Manchester garage punk genii @gimmiegoldcup and Sweet fantasy, bringing a Salopian slant on Scandi hardcore. @englishbridgestudios. So, now you know. 💣⚱️⚔️🏴
