2026 will be here before we know it - a sign post of time moving. That’s all the passing year is. And the beauty of the sign post is that we get to stop and take stock of our lives. Are you living how you want? If not, I believe you have the power to take some sort of action to change your situation today.

The trap of perfection, the fear of starting before we are ready. Oh how many beautiful things that died without the world getting to see their light.

I got so frustrated making this reel - the lighting, wind… things weren’t going my way. Day almost ruined. Turns out making this reel was exactly what I needed as a reminder that achieving completion on something will never give me peace.

Every day that I have the opportunity to wake, the first thing I do is walk into the bathroom and look at myself in the mirror. In light of this, I'm learning two new things:

1.) How I start my day is incredibly important. The morning is the launch pad for our lives, literally. Without a strong start, my day is destined to be dictated by reaction and outside stimulus.

2.) How I view myself as I start my day is profoundly impactful. In the past, I have haphazardly spoken poorly over myself, reprimanding myself verbally for the smallest mistake. "Stupid idiot", "You're so dumb" - things of that nature. I am learning the power of words, and as much as they can hurt, they can also give power.

So starting my mornings, as I look into the mirror, I've printed off a picture that hangs next to my mirror, one that I hope to look at every day with truths that I wish to speak over myself, my being, and my life.

I dive into the words I wrote that are on that picture in Episode 23 of the One Audacious Move podcast. Link in bio!

This week I sat down with Patti Dobrowolski, the mind behind “Draw Your Future.” She’s worked with the Dalai Lama, Amazon execs, and a ton of everyday people, helping them figure out one simple truth:

👉 If you can see it, you can change it.

We got into why most people stay stuck, how your brain actually fights your biggest dreams, and the bold moves that can completely shift the course of your life.

If there’s a part of you that knows you’re meant for more than the life you’re living right now, this episode is gonna hit.

Listen at the link in my bio and tell me
✍️ what’s one bold move you’re ready to make?

Two Dudes on a Dock | Episode 18 - with @boomerbate 🥳 Chasing Clues, Finding Home, and the Beauty of Becoming.

As Boomer and I started our podcast in the quickly fading Oregon light on a dock in a small coastal town, we had a raw, winding conversation about friendship, chasing the tiny clues that guide our lives, finding the places we truly belong, and building something meaningful—whether it’s art, a life by the ocean, or future fatherhood. Recorded on a dock in Oregon as the sun set, this is an honest look at what it means to follow the quiet pull inside you… even when it scares you.

On this week’s episode of @oneaudaciousmove I had the honor of talking with @emma_mcginnis_ about a recent triathlon that her and her friend put on. Built from the ground up and leaving them both so fulfilled, this beautiful event and Emma are a case study in what it means to take action and build the plane while it’s flying. So many goodies inside this episode! Link in bio to listen!
