On 28 March, we’re opening the doors again.

Fresh Off The Groove, NUS Funkstyles’ annual flagship event, is a funk block party where the crowd becomes the show! Over the past two years, it has brought together dancers, friends, and music lovers across the scene, making space for our vibrant community to reconnect, groove, and move as one ❤️

Returning this year as part of the NUS Arts Festival 2026, we’re switching things up by reimagining a sports hall into a space made for the funk — bigger, bolder, and unlike anything we’ve done before.

Before the party kicks off, join us for a Party Dance Workshop to warm up and get comfortable on the floor. New to dance? This one’s made just for you. Already a dancer? Come to vibe and groove together! Learn party moves you can take straight into the night and use on the dance floor when the music comes on. Then, join us from 630pm onwards for a line-up of exclusive funky showcases and our signature block party.
