This class lesson:Stop overthinking and let yourself dance freely 🦋

Being self-critical in order to progress is indeed part of the process; but it shouldn’t make you lose that natural confidence in your ability to dance.

The motto is: « I know how to dance, so now let me work on my weaknesses » and not the other way around.

So this class was my first practice in this exercise of letting go and trusting myself without judgment, knowing that I still have a lot to work on. And I promise it was one of the funniest classes I’ve ever had!
