Our new brunch menu is finally available at noé. We took our sweet, sweet time tocreate something special that represents the noé style even in our brunch menu. From mouthwatering french toasts, new interpreted croffles, to premium sourdoughs, we have it all.

Introducing our vegan "salmon" avocado sourdough first:
Toasted premium sourdough bread with vegan miso butter, wild herbs, yuzu marinated vegan "salmon" tartar, avocado, fresh strawberries, vegan feta cheese and vegan caviar with a yuzu-vinaigrette.
