Last week we hosted a Freedom Seder as part of the Arts Center's Black/Jewish Understanding Initiative. It was an incredible model of allyship that uses our commonalities — while recognizing our differences — to bring people together. Framed by ancient ritual, the songs, readings, conversation and fusion cuisine created an immersive journey that community leaders Rabbi Gewirtz and Pastor Jefferson shared on Morning Joe! This clip shows just a portion of the great work that these leaders bring to our community.
