Just looked up and realized it’s been exactly 2 years. ✨🥹

What began as a small business to collaborate on projects with my sister evolved into @soeur_lab , a podcast launched during the pandemic highlighting creative women shaping culture from behind the scenes, and has now become Sœur Agency.

The name Sœur (French for “sister”) reflects where I’m from (Haitian and African American, Creole via New Orleans), as well as partnership and what I aim to uphold: creativity with integrity and taste. ✨

At its core, @soeuragency is about curation, connecting talent, sensibilities, and ideas to create something greater than the sum of their parts. It’s the instinct that guides me in A&R and now drives my work in strategy, team development, and brand amplification. Through every iteration, the throughline remains the same: uplifting creatives, honoring process and storytelling.

“11 Days” is officially OUT and available on all streaming platforms.
Congratulations @therealmarclo on a job well done! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

When @therealmarclo first played me this body of work, I knew I wanted to be involved. @soeuragency brought together an A-list team, two of my favorites, @cheyennebeam and @thefamouskb , and we got to work building and expanding the story around 11 Days.

The story behind it is that Marc wrote this over a period of 11 days while the LA fires were happening last year.

How do you come up with such a strong body of work in 11 days?!
It helps that you’re already a 5x Grammy-nominated songwriter, with HIT records across BTS (“Hooligan”‼️, “One More Night”) Teddy Swims, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Elmiene, Durand Bernarr and so many more. Versatile!
And this versatility is what you’ll hear in this project.

MarcLo’s focus and work ethic made him a great collaborator, and it was a pleasure to bring the right talents together, working diligently to support, build, and grow this release in the way it deserved!
