I pitched far and wide with a lot of “no’s” and “not for us,” trying to find a place for this piece about loneliness and change and character study and there was the irony
because it is lonely to advocate for your art sometimes.
but then @raoulkeil and the whole Schön! team found us.
they were a lighthouse, truly.
I couldn’t think of a better artistic home for this incredible group of artists.

a little from the letter I wrote:

After my Saturn Return,  I was left undone, exhausted, but also full of ideas. This transitional time, from girl to woman, from one year to the next — I found most precious to write everything down. This is a visual representation of all of those diary entries. All the self portraiture of how I see myself, who I want to play, who I’m scared of becoming, and writing it all down. 
We’d love to explore a feature that celebrates this idea of mercurial self-reinvention.
