@laurelhalo’s new album Midnight Zone (Originaly Soundtrack to the Film by Julian Charrière) is out today on her label @a__w____e!

The album is available as a gatefold vinyl with a special booklet featuring full color panels of film stills. Also, as a CD, and available digitally / on streaming sites.

Loren Humphrey spent a few magical days last November at Abbey Road Studios as part of HELP(2), a War Child project bringing artists together to create a record supporting children affected by conflict.

Working alongside James Ford, Loren produced tracks for Arctic Monkeys and Fontaines D.C., contributed additional production for Pulp, and later mixed the haunting Cameron Winter track back home in Tuxedo Park, NY.

All proceeds support War Child’s work protecting and standing up for children living through war. Stream or purchase via War Child Records.

Right before the pandemic plans were in place for Ben H. Allen to produce Maximo Park at Maze Studios in Atlanta.This had been a long time coming and then… lock down.The band and Ben painstakingly made an album with a combination of audio movers and Zoom and 2021 album Nature Always Wins was born.But this time they finally got together and made this glorious record full of Maximo’s trademark incredible writing and it sounds like a band reborn.Ben helped deliver an urgency and a record that Clash Music calls “a reflective, uplifting and intelligent album”. Happy release day to the great Maximo Park and Ben.
