What an incredible way to kick off the New Year and my birthday week 🎉

I made this remix about 6 months ago and released it like any other track cause I loved the OG track, as I do with all my releases… fast forward to a few days ago and the legend himself drops it live. Unreal.

Having someone like Diplo include my music in his set means everything. I’ve followed his journey since the beginning, always as a fan of the craft and the art. I’m still in Shock writing this!

Moments like this are exactly why we, as producers and DJs, work day and night—hoping that someone, anyone, everyone is listening.

Meet @diximusic, a South Asian Singer/Songwriter and practicing Pediatrician in Los Angeles, California. Dixi first captured global attention for her epic mashups and later for singing to her tiny patients—going viral as the doctor who heals with both medicine and music. A lifelong dancer and genre-blending artist, she has performed around the world and built a powerful presence online as one of the pioneering South Asian female creators in North America to make waves on social platforms. She has since released independent music as well as collaborations with Bollywood Duo, Salim Sulaiman’s Merchant Records & UK legendary hitmaker, Rishi Rich.
