Don’t underestimate the MICRO. The smaller the machine, the more control it demands. Slowing down the tempo forces you to focus on every inch of the movement, and really work on your form. #lagree really humbles me. I’m just obsessed with the method, and focused on getting 1 % better than yesterday, holding the plank a littler longer, and REALLY SHOWING UP CONSISTENTLY. Our little family is more proud of every member of the LGBTQ+ community that we've been fortunate enough to meet (even the ones we don't get along with) than anyone who let's their fear of differences grow into hatred that defies logic and rationale (we hope we can be proud of these folks one day, and we're open to them seeing the light and accepting everyone for who they truly are).
