A classic drink, a quirky glass, a foodie riff and a ‘nailed-it’ pun: the Sazzaquack is a match made in cocktail heaven. From London’s acclaimed Three Sheets Soho, this drink was inspired by a chance meeting with Ichendorf’s duck tumblers.

The team knew they needed a short, iceless drink for the duck to bob along on top of, and found the structure of a Sazerac paired perfectly with the flavours of soy and Chinese five spice found in Peking duck (another Soho favourite).

On the last Saturday of November we opened early at @threecompassesfarringdon with @henryharris of @bouchonracine for a proper Lyonnais mâchon.

We ate and drank well, for a breakfast that drifted long into the afternoon. We can’t wait to do it again!
