Dalgona - remember that back in 2020? Instant coffee whips because it’s freeze-dried, full of air and coffee solids that loves to foam. Fresh coffee won’t do it, I promise.

Mr Black, cream, coconut cream, instant. Whip it. Float it on iced coconut water.

45ml / 1.5oz Mr Black
45ml / 1.5oz cream
45ml / 1.5oz coconut cream (chilled)
1 tsp instant coffee
120ml / 4oz coconut water

Whip everything but the coconut water until thick and fluffy. Fill a short glass with ice, add coconut water, top with the cloud.

Soy sauce in an Espresso Martini. Sounds insane. Hear me out.

Two drops. Not a pour. Stirred, not shaken.

Umami and coffee are best mates. The soy doesn’t make it salty, it makes it deeper. Rounds out the bitterness. It’s a dirty martini meets an Espresso Martini and it shouldn’t work but it does.

Give your Espresso Martini the royal treatment with the Regal Shake👑

By shaking your cocktail with a fresh citrus peel, the bright citrus oils will complement the deep coffee notes in Mr Black.

The Regal Shake Espresso Martini

1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 oz fresh espresso
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 fresh citrus peel

Method

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy (about 15 seconds).
Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange peel coin.
Enjoy!

Traditionally served hot, this version keeps things cool while staying true to the original structure. Coffee, whiskey, and cream ☘️

Cold Brew Irish Coffee

30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
30 ml Irish Whiskey

Method
Combine ingredients

Pour over ice in a short glass.

Using a bar spoon, gently layer lightly whipped cream on top.

Finish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Guinness Espresso Martini

1 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
1 oz vodka
0.5 oz Guinness
0.5 oz brown sugar syrup

Combine ingredients.

Shake hard with ice.
Fine strain into a coupe.
