After 3+ years at Origami Sake, I am departing from the company. It has been an amazing ride thanks to Co-Founder Matt Bell and the amazing crew there (both past and present). If you have enjoyed Origami Sake or just are following our story, then my deepest thanks goes to you. The dream was always to see sake production come to Arkansas, and I am happy to say it is happening. I will always be cheering on Origami Sake and Snow Monkey to be a global success.

Personally, I will be taking some time to improve my health, and then I will be on to the next adventure.
