The immense planning, skill and effort to pull off the Super Bowl Halftime Show in front of millions LIVE is truly remarkable.

With just seven minutes to set-up, 15 minutes to perform and 6 minutes to clear the field, every second counts. With hundreds of different elements at play, there can be no room for mistakes - it’s a well-oiled machine.

When DP @scotttolercollins needed a fast paced low camera rig with lights to capture a dog on the run, @randy_nolen had the answer with his AGITO Trax!

The problem:
Track a running dog, matching the speed, with three cameras and lights. As low as possible over 160ft on a blue screen stage.

The Solution:
Randy knew he would be able to configure and hard mount 3 cameras very low on his AGITO and once he had sourced the right amount of track it was just a case of a few tweaks in rehearsals to match the dogs speed.

Join us today and tomorrow at @mpts_london on LiveU’s stand, where we’re showcasing AGITO in a new remote production workflow for live field reporting.

Using LiveU’s LU800 bonded IP transmission alongside AGITO and NODO’s Torq head, the setup enables dynamic roaming coverage with fully remote camera operation – meaning there’s no operator physically behind the rig.

We’ll be demonstrating live remote head control between the show floor and MI HQ in Bristol, with the Torq operated remotely via a Skaarhoj controller over LiveU’s low-latency IP infrastructure.

And because the workflow is fully IP-based, anyone, anywhere in the world can tune into the live feed in real time via LiveU’s video return portal – just swipe left for the QR code!

More broadly, the demo highlights how robotics, connectivity and live production are beginning to converge across broadcast and newsgathering workflows where mobility, safety and reliability matter most.

NAB ’26 is a wrap – and this truly was one of those shows that reminds you why we do this.

Yes, it’s great to put new tech on a stand, but the real value is in the conversations around it. Hearing where AGITO’s being used – touring, sport, faith, features, drama, commercials, car work – and how operators are bending it to fit their world.

That was always the vision: not a fixed product, but something that adapts to the job – however odd, high-pressure or last-minute that might be. So, a big thank you to everyone pushing AGITO to its limits.

We teamed up with Grass Valley to showcase AGITO Gen 2 (MagTrax) with the C180, Column, @fomasystems Antares and a Fujifil lens. But the interesting bit wasn’t just the hardware – it was how it all came together. �

Everything ran through COMMANDER, our upcoming orchestration software. Dolly, boom, head, lens – all synchronised and repeatable for enhanced control.
