If I’m taking inspiration from NASCAR on this build, the I can’t forget about Moroso. My Wet Sump Rear Pan was made in America and Fully fabricated aluminum with billet front and rear end seals for improved sealing, 7 quart oil capacity (plus the filter) includes Trap doors and rear anti-climb baffle for improved oil control. To say this is a high quality oil pan is an understatement!

Our new Toyota JZ front-sump oil pan kit (No. 20947) is now live on Moroso.com!
The kit includes a fully fabricated steel lower oil pan with 4 trap doors, a louvered baffle, and a heavy-duty oil pick-up!
This pan can be used for JZ swaps requiring a front-sump, as well as OEM JZ applications such as IS300 and GS300!

These weld fixtures allow us to verify proper assembly and fitment throughout the process to make sure every part is right before it leaves the bench.
The pickup and fixture being built is for our new 20948 Toyota/DART JZ rear sump swap pan.
It uses the same large diameter tube as the factory but we add a larger, high flow pickup box.
Along with the mounting flange in the pan, a dual mount bracket anchors the pickup to the trap door assembly, so it’s braced.
The pickup, the sump, the road race baffling, and all the billet components all improve capacity, flow, pressure and oil control.
