JOINING US ON SATURDAY 👏🏻🏺

Originally from Corby and now based in Lincoln, Mizzy first got into DJing after experiencing parties like Caposile and SlapFunk. Inspired by the energy and groove of those sets, he decided to scratch the itch himself and invested in his first pair of decks.

Since then, Mizzy has built his name through playing pres for friends, representing Intrusive Events at local nightclubs in Lincoln, and more recently winning the Beatport DJ Competition, earning him a slot on the Beatport stage in the VIP area at Mint Festival.

His sound blends 2000s dubby tech house, stripped-back garage, vocal-led hip house and funky electro, all aimed at keeping hips moving and dancefloors locked in from start to finish. Alongside DJing, he’s also stepped into production under @pachthedj with plenty of wobblers set to be signed and dropped in the near future.

Catch @mizzy.dj b2b with @beev.dj and @hazlarrrrr this Saturday at @tfm.mcr in room 3 from 2 - 4am.

Straight off the back of his Mint Festival performance and Potwerkz debut, Lincoln-based selector Mizzy delivers an hour of funky beats, rolling grooves and heavyweight basslines. Blending UKG, bass house and underground cuts with a mix of vinyl and digital mixing, this set brings raw energy, smooth transitions and groove-heavy selections from start to finish. This is just the start for Mizzy and from what we’ve seen, he’s bound to go far 😉🏺
