「日本最會拍貓的攝影家」深瀨昌久傳記電影，由英國導演馬克基爾執導，淺野忠信擔綱，交織東西方視角，融會深瀨昌久多幅名作，勾勒一代攝影大師耀目而充滿悲劇性的一生。故事始於50年代，照相館世家長子深瀨昌久拒絕接手家族生意，離開北海道老家，以東京作為攝影舞台。對藝術的瘋狂執著、對愛妻洋子的病態迷戀，所有的煎熬與寂寥，終成無可挽回的深淵，令他與觀景窗後的烏鴉漸成同類。
