Honestly this moment means everything to me. So much pain, exhaustion, doubt, waiting, setbacks and one of the hardest battles mentally and physically I’ve ever faced in my life… but I kept going.

There were moments during this expedition where I genuinely didn’t know if I could make it, especially after being sick and struggling with energy, but somehow I found a way to keep fighting all the way to the top of the world.

Standing on the summit of Mount Everest is something I’ll never ever forget.

Thank you to everyone who supported me, believed in me, followed my journey and gave me motivation when I needed it most. Every message honestly helped me more than you know.

This is not just a summit for me. This is years of dreaming, sacrifice and proving to myself that anything is possible if you refuse to give up.

Updated fact and a small part of the story. I was up near the Hillary Step for around 2 to 3 hours completely alone with nobody around me. In that moment my kids came into my mind and I fought my way back down to stay alive.

I will share the full story soon. A lot of the news got it wrong. I was not rescued. My guide Sherpa came back up to meet me around halfway, approximately 8400m, to support me on my descent back to Camp 4.

Arrived at Camp 3 safely. The climb from Camp 2 was hard, but I made it through. I am exhausted but I will do my best to carry on. Time to rest, recover, and prepare for the push to Camp 4 tomorrow.

Ready to move camp 3 today, tomorrow evening will start my final summit push to 8848m let go!

I am a lot better now, but I need a bit more time to fuel up and rest before the final push. My summit date is now the 21st.

Tomorrow I move to Camp 3, then on the 20th I move to Camp 4 and into the death zone. This is it… no going back now. Wish me luck 🙏

Thank you to everyone supporting my journey, it honestly means so much. I’m going to give everything I have for this summit, but whatever happens, my health will always come first. Let’s do this ⛰️
