We are grateful to make a home for people of all backgrounds to play and learn samba from its struggle to its absolute ecstatic joy .

💃🏾 Six Weeks to Samba: Part 4!

2026 is the year that I get RIPPED!! Or at least stronger than ever 😅

And let me tell you… dancing samba is a HUGE workout. I’m getting in my cardio, my stamina, my leg day. Even my arms get tired from holding them up for so long.

Integrating this fun/social workout with my @miamibloco classes is so important to my weekly routine now. I’ve been doing Pilates for years but adding boxing to the mix has also been super challenging but fun! These workouts really complement each other, and I already feel myself getting so strong.

And now with a few performances on the horizon, the stakes are even higher 👀😳
