From architectural lighting and custom millwork to steel and glass office systems and integrated product displays, every detail was intentionally built to create a modern, elevated client experience.

AZ Custom Designs is Arizona’s leader in custom motorized window coverings, whole-home automation, and luxury shading solutions with over 40 years of combined experience. Their new showroom was designed to reflect the same level of quality and innovation their clients have come to expect.

Built to welcome future homeowners before they ever step inside their new home.

This custom modular sales and hospitality center was developed for a luxury residential community at the base of the Phoenician Resort — creating an immersive space where buyers can experience the design language, materials, and atmosphere of the homes being built throughout the development.

Rather than constructing a traditional model home, the developer chose a flexible modular approach that could evolve alongside the project itself.

What makes this story even more unique:
This is actually the second life of this installation.

Originally constructed in a different location for the first phase of the development, the entire project was later relocated, expanded, and reconfigured into a larger footprint to support the next phase of homes being released on the property.

The result is a highly adaptable sales environment that includes:
• a welcoming hospitality lounge
• shaded outdoor gathering spaces
• a custom container bar
• fire feature seating areas
• indoor/outdoor living environments

This home has incredible bones — vaulted wood ceilings, massive glass, insane views, and a setting you can’t recreate. Instead of tearing it down, we’re transforming it into a completely reimagined desert modern retreat.

Walls are shifting. Spaces are opening up. Every detail is being redesigned to bring in more light, better flow, and a stronger connection to the outdoors.
