Kamloops, British Columbia. A town steeped in mountain bike lore, and revered by riders across the globe as the birthplace of freeride mountain biking. From pioneers like Brett Tippie, Wade Simmons and Richie Schley, to current icons like Matt Hunter, Graham Agassiz and Soren Farenholtz, the place breeds talent and fosters the next generation of shredders.

Spend a day riding at the Bike Ranch, Kamloops’ renowned municipal bike park, and you’ll see why. It’s one of the greatest freeride spots in all of North America, and on any given day you’ll see everyone from the local grom crew to big name pros sessioning the dirt jumps and shuttling the trails.
