I’m half Argentine and I’ve been enjoying Yerba Mate since I was a kid. (Not that I recommend young kids drink caffeine, but I did!) It has 120mg caffeine per can, but it’s a distinctly different (and in my opinion better) level of energy and focus without a crash compared to coffee. Yes I still love coffee. Who doesn’t?

I drink Mate brewed hot (yes I drink it from a gourd — I’m half Argentine after all)… but I always wanted a cold brewed version that had a little bit of sweetness and fruit flavor.

I teamed up with @mateina and became a partial owner in the company and together we developed five different flavors of zero sugar (we use small amount of stevia), cold brewed canned (zero BPS or PFAS cans!) Yerba Mate.

The flavors are absolutely delicious. Raspberry, mango, lemon, mint, peach. I love them all.

Yerba also is high in antioxidants.
