An interview video with Marko Kolomytskyi, who held his solo exhibition Из Донбасса в Космос (From Donbas to Cosmos) at Decameron, has now been released.
The interview and filming were conducted by Alisa Berger, who presented the documentary RAPTURE (premiered earlier this year at Berlinale), featuring Kolomytskyi.
We encourage you to keep an eye on their future projects.

“ - À bientôt, Lilia.
Je suis parti vers la lumière blanche !”
Les 21 et 22 février, j’ai présenté mon installation “Vie Insecte” aux @beauxartsparis dans le cadre d’une exposition collective de @atelier.bouwens . Ma première installation de pièce, représentant le monde d’un insecte qui vit dans l’obscurité totale, suivant une seule lumière qui le maintient en vie. Il rêve de vivre dans государство музей.

Endlessly grateful and overjoyed! My project RAPTURE will have its world premiere at @berlinaleforum @berlinale at the Forum Expaned exhibition at @silent.green 🎉💫✨
“A diptych about the exiled Ukrainian vogue dancer Marko and his abandoned apartment in Donbas, Ukraine. Marko embarks on a VR experiment, visiting his inaccessible home, recreated through 3D scans and original photographs from the occupied area.” — text by @berlinaleforum
Finally, RAPTURE I - VISIT (HD) and RAPTURE II - PORTAL (VR) will be shown together as a diptych / a two-channel installation, just as I envisioned over a year ago when I conceived this project.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible! It’s a dream come true to showcase my work at Berlinale, in a city I once long ago called home for several years.
A special shoutout to my amazing collaborators:

Ponte dei Incurabili
“Love is a selfless emotion, a one-way street. That is why one can love cities, architecture for its own sake, music, dead poets, or, for those of a particular disposition, a deity. For love is a romance between a reflection and its object.”

Happy to invite you all to Beaux-Arts de Paris, Galerie Droite for a long durational performance ending with a concert by @lucillemoussalli , @charlot.tom.tom.charlot
COMMON TASK - Part 1: Research in progress 🪨
🗓 Friday, April 24, 2026
⏰ 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Concert to follow)
📍 14 Rue Bonaparte, 75006 Paris (École des Beaux-Arts) @beauxartsparis
Drawing from Nikolai Fedorov’s philosophy of cosmism and its utopian drive to unite humanity to overcome death, COMMON TASK critically reactivates this legacy for a present marked by division and neo-imperialism.
The stone functions as a return to a primordial gesture of making. Through sustained labor, the work asks whether humanity might be reconstituted - not through empire, but through the endurance of a single action carried across many bodies and time.
An unbroken chain of labor. 8 hours of friction, water, sand and stone. The live action ending in noise, classical instruments, and stone.

Documentation: ARCHIVE A3 (1995–2026)
35 A3 black-and-white prints.
Happy to share the documentation of my work recently presented at @beauxartsparis as part of a group exhibition curated by @jonathan_pouthier
These family archives were saved from my apartment in Alchevsk, Donbas. They were evacuated by friends and family through Samara and Moscow, finally reaching me in Paris in 2025.
Each image is paired with a political event from Russia or Ukraine from the same date or period the photo was taken. This intervention breaks the innocence of the image, introducing a parallel historical layer that interferes with private memory and traces, over 30 years (1995–2026), the gradual escalation leading to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Special thanks to Aleksandr Gordeev and others for saving the archive.
