Lubber Kitchen is a café and restaurant, located in Newcastle city centre, downstairs from a music venue called The Lubber Fiend. Lubber Kitchen is home to Slack’s Radio, broadcasting daily from a radio studio.
By day, Lubber Kitchen serves great coffee, homemade drinks, special daily set menu options and in-house baked pastries.
In the evening, dinner is served as an evolving seasonal set menu, with nourishing plates made to be shared at the table. A considered wine list, house infusions and cocktails round out an evening experience at Lubber Kitchen.
Guests can sit up at the chef’s bar or find a quiet corner, where a host team offers warm, family-style service.
