“Who hurt you?”

I find myself asking this question so often while scrolling on social media. The random acts of hatred often seen on videos is quite shocking! What makes people stop, take time out of their day simply to make a perfect stranger feel bad about themselves?

Who hurt you?

Who made you feel like it’s ok to go around and hurt others at random? Who made you feel so small that your only pleasure is trying to make others feel as small as you do? On behalf of whoever did that to you, I want to say:

I’m sorry.

I’m so sorry that person tried to make you feel small. Im so sorry that person broke your heart. I’m so sorry that person dint see your value and your worth. But the way that you WIN is not by making others feel the same or worse than you, it’s by flipping the script! Your BEST revenge is to change the narrative and to uplift and encourage others, helping them to see all of the things that no one ever showed you!

Yes, hurt people can hurt people, but they can also help the to heal as well!

The internet is so full of negativity, and I often see creators call out people who post rude comments (particularly about how people LOOK)-which I think they should!I don’t think anyone should be purposefully going online to make people feel bad about themselves-we all do that enough on our own! We should be mirrors that reflect back to others how absolutely AMAZING they are!

So,I thought I would call out a few people who took time out of their days to lift another person up, to encourage someone when you didn’t have to. To show kindness when it wasn’t required.

This year has been pivotal for me as I am beginning to discover only now a large part of why I am here in the first place! This year has been a year of challenge but of growth as I am taking risks but feel like I am finally beginning to use everything that I have been through to help others grow into their best selves. One of my proudest accomplishments over the past year has been the addition of @well.escapes to my schedule. Beautiful locations where people can come, have fun, connect, and be challenged to break out of the shell of their past into who they were truly meant to be.

I just finished one in France a few weeks ago and am still on a high and in disbelief about the entire experience! Our own private castle with a breathtaking view (as you can see) and moments with beautiful people that can never be replaced!

THIS is what I was made for, and I’m here for it all!
