This is everything you could want in a dessert. It’s crispy, creamy and just sweet enough. A dacquoise is a crisp meringue with toasted pistachios filled with a vanilla and pistachio whipped cream and topped with fresh pistachios.

I’m using my stiff sweet starters. Chocolate cherry, walnut bread and soft sandwich bread

Blt for dinner tonight. Withhome-cured lamb bacon

Made these for a friend of mine. Individual Peanut Butter Cheesecake topped with Reese’s chips, Reese’s pieces and mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Totally my Achilles’ heel.

A special dessert prepared for Taka restaurant. A special for the weekend.

brown sugar pastry cream, chocolate rice crispy clusters,
mini ginger meringue kisses,
candied walnuts and chocolate tulle
