A few days ago I did this photoshoot with @liminalframes.raw , and honestly… i hesitated

I’m 36. I have some wrinkles, some cellulite, tired eyes, and I haven’t been working out for a few months.
That little voices in my head told me maybe I’m too old for this, maybe it’s not my time anymore, maybe I’m not “good enough.”

Then we arrived to the spot, a hot spring I know from last year.
We got there early in the morning, when the mist was still floating in the air and the steam was rising from the water. It looked amazing, like stepping into a fairytale.

I lit my fire hoop, and all my fears disappeared.
I felt comfortable. Grounded. Present.

Fire, water, air, and earth all around me, all within me.
I felt powerful, connected, aligned.

When I saw the photos later, I smiled.
Yes, I have wrinkles. I’m not 20 anymore.
But, I still look fierce. I look hot. I look alive.

That’s what matters!
Not my age. Not my body “flaws.”
Just showing up fully, exactly as I am. 💜🔥✨

A few days ago I did this photoshoot with @liminalframes.raw , and honestly… i hesitated

I’m 36. I have some wrinkles, some cellulite, tired eyes, and I haven’t been working out for a few months.
That little voices in my head told me maybe I’m too old for this, maybe it’s not my time anymore, maybe I’m not “good enough.”

Then we arrived to the spot, a hot spring I know from last year.
We got there early in the morning, when the mist was still floating in the air and the steam was rising from the water. It looked amazing, like stepping into a fairytale.

I lit my fire hoop, and all my fears disappeared.
I felt comfortable. Grounded. Present.

Fire, water, air, and earth all around me, all within me.
I felt powerful, connected, aligned.

When I saw the photos later, I smiled.
Yes, I have wrinkles. I’m not 20 anymore.
But, I still look fierce. I look hot. I look alive.

That’s what matters!
