Kayle took one look at Northern California home prices, did the math, and decided she was done waiting for the market to let her in. She wanted something that felt like her. So she designed it and @lifescapebuilders brought it to life along with @tinyhouserevival building the staircase.

This is 300 plus square feet of Victorian tiny home and every inch of it is intentional. The grand staircase was the non-negotiable. No loft ladder situation. She wanted to walk up them, run up them, go backwards on them. She wanted her dog Ollie to have full access to every room of the house for the rest of his life. That one design decision shaped the footprint.
