@mondepars Autumn 2026 felt less like a runway show and more like an immersive emotional experience.

From the tailoring and sophisticated silhouettes to the set design, soundtrack and atmosphere itself, every detail carried intention, restraint and permanence.

Alda — the collection inspired by @sashameneghel ‘s grandmother translated memory, strength and transformation into a refined visual language.

After years away from the Brazilian fashion calendar, it feels inspiring to witness brands like @mondepars pushing the conversation forward onto a more global stage — one rooted not in caricature, but in sophistication, craftsmanship and emotional identity.

Before there was @Mondepars, there was Alda.

For @sashameneghel, a story of emotional inheritance, transformation and the quiet power of building something that lasts.

Some collections are designed. Others are inherited through memory, emotion and time.

Ahead of @mondepars runway show in São Paulo this coming Wednesday, we sat down with @sashameneghel for an intimate conversation about Alda — a collection rooted in art, resilience, transformation and quiet sophistication.

We had the privilege of speaking with Sasha about emotional legacy, craftsmanship and the evolving universe behind one of the most talked-about brands in Brazilian fashion today.

Read the full interview via the link in bio.

Street In Motion at Rio Fashion Week.

Not just clothes, but the way people move.

There’s a warmth here that can’t be styled - only captured.

Unfiltered. Real. In motion. Carioca Vibe.

Bem Vindo ao Rio (Welcome to Rio).

A selection of street moments from Rio Fashion Week - where the city speaks loudest.

Beyond the shows, there’s a different rhythm unfolding outside. One that feels more instinctive, more honest, more connected to what Rio truly is - diverse, layered, with a cultural reach that goes far beyond the runway.

In a city where diversity is at its core, it reveals itself naturally - in personal style, in presence, in attitude.

It raises a quiet but important point about visibility, casting, and who gets represented where.
Carioca energy - effortless, alive.

As mentioned earlier this week, fashion isn’t just about the runway.

So the question remains:
is fashion still led by the runway, or has the street already taken over?

Six abadás. Six interpretations of Rio.

At the heart of the Sambódromo da Marquês de Sapucaí, the visual runway of Brazilian Carnival the classic abadá (wearable ticket) becomes something entirely personal.

For this editorial for @elaoglobo, I had the pleasure of photographing six bespoke interpretations. Each look was transformed by Rio-based designers, tailored with intention and elevated beyond tradition.

To witness the spectacle inside the Sambódromo is already powerful.
To photograph it, while capturing one of the most prestigious celebrations in the world is something else entirely.

Between rhythm, macumba, devotion and couture-level creativity, the energy is incomparable. There is movement. There is culture. There is heritage.

Grateful to everyone who made this possible,
to the creatives, designers, stylists, ateliers and teams behind the scenes.

Beyond the corridors of the Copacabana Palace, I stepped in with a vintage Kodak camera, moving freely through the night and capturing the most glamorous looks of @voguebrasil #BaileDaVogue26.

Between whispers, laughter and flashes, Carnavália, The Fashionista Opening Parade of Folia unfolded in effortless glamour, drifting into the early hours against the timeless backdrop of Copacabana Beach.

See who marked their presence at the gala and discover the full coverage on vogue.com.br

From 13–15 January 2026, we return to @sourcefashionshow, bringing together responsible textile and garment producers from Ethiopia, Nepal and Tanzania.

This is more than a trade fair presence. It is a chance to connect directly with manufacturers building competitive, sustainable and export-ready businesses across the global value chain.

What you’ll discover:
From vertically integrated textile and garment factories to artisan-made, handwoven cotton and cashmere, our beneficiaries reflect the full spectrum of responsible production.

Why you should come:
Because sourcing today is about transparency, resilience and long-term partnership. These producers are equipped to meet international quality, compliance and delivery expectations, while contributing to inclusive economic growth.

What you’ll get from it:
✅ Direct access to export-ready suppliers
✅ Insights into diverse production capabilities
✅ New sourcing options aligned with UK and EU trade frameworks
✅ Conversations that go beyond transactions

From the streets to high fashion.

An interview with @pinelopi_papanikolaoufor @lofficielarabia reflecting on instinct, movement, authenticity, and the evolution of street style from Australia to global fashion capitals.

As this year comes to an end, this interview feels like a moment of pause and perspective.
A year of change, learning, and growth both personally and professionally. A year that pushed me to expand beyond photography, into new sectors, new conversations, and new ways of seeing the world, while still returning to what grounds me: the street, real life, and human expression.

Fashion hasn’t been an easy space this year for any of us. Which makes authenticity even more important. Staying true to your eye, your values, and your instinct is the real work.

I’m grateful for the people I’ve met, the trust, the support, the interviews, the collaborations, and the continued curiosity around my work, especially street photography, which still holds so many layers beyond what is often seen.

Thank you @pinelopi_papanikolaou, for the thoughtful conversation and space to reflect.
And thank you to everyone who supported, encouraged, and walked alongside me this year.

Grateful to @katelillianmuir for the introduction to Penelopi.

Here’s to growth, community, and many years to come. 🤍

Happy 2026 everyone! 🌟
