I’m celebrating my birthday this week, and often find myself reflecting on my growth and updating my artist statement during this time. This year affirmed that I am head over heels in love with photographing weddings over any other kind of photography. Multi-day weekend celebrations, intimate, two-hour elopements, and anything in between, it all brings me joy. From getting to know each of my couples as friends and learning about their families, to stitching together the final narrative, I’m here for the whole ride. I’m so looking forward to this season, especially, as there are so many special celebrations that I have the honor of capturing this year eternally grateful to my couples and my colleagues in the industry who make this work even more meaningful.
