We heard about a very good airport runway in Romania from a few people, so we had to test it.
After a 6,5 hour drive we arrived at the airport and started to unpack our stuff and get the skyline ready for it‘s first run.
We changed to a new clutch slipper from
@magnus_motorsports.
First run 9.309sec, launch control to low and the clutch slipper to tight. After some changes we managed to run a 8.884 sec , new PB. But I wasn’t very happy with my performance. Car went very good but the clutch slipper adjustment was tricky.
Next day we run our first pass, 8.864sec, PB again.
In the afternoon we did another pass, at the finals of our class, 8.859sec , PB again and we won the race!!
But in all my stress I forgot to turn the nitrous on after the burnout ;)
We managed to get another run late that day, we knew it‘s the last one for the race weekend, so everything needs to be perfect.
So, good clean run, first time using the @nitrousexpress kit, and we did it , 8.795@265.89km/h

What a weekend!!
