Yuliia’s detailed artistry and intrinsic enhancements helped her rack up all-important points, with her Stranger Things-inspired design for Challenge 4 capturing a lot of attention. Her videos had an excellent mix of context and top tips - proving her all-round talent. 🤩 Here attention to detail and creations over the two weeks given for each challenge ensured that designs like her Aries nails and punk-rock talons were oh-so well received. 💅🏽

Since October, 25 nail pros have been battling it out to take the North America’s Star Nail Artist - Season 2 title, creating a design to a brief each month, set by our sponsors. “While creating this design, I felt great pleasure because I was working on my zodiac sign right before my birthday. It was very interesting to immerse myself in my own symbolism.

“Aries is a fire sign, and fire can be seen throughout the entire design, especially since I was also born in the year of the Fire Dragon, so there is a lot of fire here. From the symbolism of my sign, I used the ram, fire, Mars, ruby and roses.

“The main element of my design is the ram. I added a bit of fire to it and decorated its face with symbols of the zodiac signs. I expressed the fire element through a maiden, a fiery girl, a warrior in a positive sense. She is the embodiment of the Aries character: strong, brave, and full of inner energy. This energy, like light, she passes on to others. I literally placed fire in her hands, painted her nailsand added gold jewelry: on her neck there is a gold necklace with a ruby, as well as gold bracelets and a gold ring.

“The next symbol of Aries is the fiery planet Mars. I created it as a glowing element, and around the planet there are rotating orbits with zodiac symbols on them. Another symbol is the ruby.
