This reel is a thank-you.
To the people who showed up, sometimes fired up, sometimes tired, and often times unsure what they were getting themselves into, but yall showed up anyway.

Keighty’s Café started as as a way to connect with my friends through movement. I dreamed of hosting a space where effort is celebrated, where progress is personal, and where community forms naturally when people move together.

I’m endlessly grateful to every person who took a chance on me, trusted me as their coach, and brought their energy into this space. Your hard work is the heartbeat of this place.

Here’s to the strength built, the friendships formed, and the year I got my mojo back! I’m excited to welcome more new pals over to Keighty’s Cafe this year and build up my personal training biz. Simple excellence are my guiding words this year. Let’s see how good this can get!
