One of my goals this year was to put together a Cardio High event for the LA run community. Movement, Music and Culture. I’ve learned a lot from the LA run community, a true example of “We are better together” I appreciate being able to connect with some really good people I’ve met early on in my long run journey to bring this to fruition.
