What an incredible time last week celebrating you and the 50th anniversary of “Le Coup” and your iconic Twin Towers walk that morning of August 7, 1974. “TOWERING !!” was an incredibly profound 2 night performance with live music by @theofficialsting featuring his awesome new song “Let The Great World Spin”. I LOVE this photo by @victoriadearing1111 of the three of us with you in the middle as it is especially meaningful. It was you who connected Sting and I years ago and the rest is history!! You are a once in a lifetime artist and I am honored to have a glorious friend as you in my life!! Here’s to many more adventures together!!

Grateful to @theacademy for including our song “Dust & Ash” on the 95th Oscars shortlist today!! Congrats to all the other super talented artists that are on there. Honored to have collaborated on this duet with the incomparable @norahjones featuring a solo by the out of this world @shajarian_mojgan and a track brought to life with non other than Maestro Freddy fingers @davidgarzamusic. Big shout out to @alinoorimusic for working with me on the engineering. The song is from the incredible documentary @thevoiceofdustandash by the brilliant director @_mandana_about monumental artist and human rights activist Ostad @officialshajarian and his tireless efforts to help the people of Iran gain freedom. He continually fought to create equality and dignity especially for woman as it is currently still illegal for female artists to perform solo on records or in public.#womanlifefreedom #mahsaamini #mahsa

An animated interpretation of J. Ralph and Method Man’s first encounter.The one-of-a-kind artwork commemorates the chance meeting between the two musical artists in the hallway of Def Jam Recordings circa 1994.Method Man was propelled into an impromptu tour-de-force of lyrical flow as J. Ralph played the MC his new beats from cassette tapes on his boombox. It would be decades later before the two artists reconnected and finished one of the "hallway boombox tracks”, while working together on the documentary Wu-Tang Clan: Of Mics & Men.The NFT features their original song “93 Bells”, a time capsule tribute through the golden age of hip-hop, with music written and produced by composer J. Ralph and new lyrics by Wu-Tang Clan founding member Method Man, finally completed 25 years later.
