After wrapping up three straight weeks of overnights on the Texas Unit of ‘BC Project’ (later called ‘One Battle After Another’) David, Brando, and I spent an extra week out in El Paso.
Newly unemployed, restless, and inspired after getting to watch our filmmaking hero do the damn thing, we challenged ourselves to write and shoot a short film that showcased the eccentric spirit of the city we had been immersed in for almost a month.
We hit up background actors we met on set, re-used locations we had filmed in, and worked with the bare minimum of tools available at our disposal. It was filmmaking for the sake of filmmaking.

I’m pleased to announce that I have begun selling prints of my photography.
I’ve been taking photos for over a decade now, and it feels like the right time to be able to share some of these photos but in a physical format for others to own and appreciate.
The above six images, and seven more, are a collection of old & new photos from the past four years of my life. They are available in various sizes and framing/no-framing options at the link in my bio.
My sincerest thanks and appreciation if any frame manages to catch your eye.
(I’ve gone with @darkroom to sell these prints as their service is, quite frankly, much more simplified than other options for me at the current moment. I don’t expect to stick with the service forever but for now, it will be my main storefront.)

I really liked how it turned out despite having to nix some scenes due to timing. Lots of smart heads went into this one to devise creative solutions and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Happy accidents!
